1. Use environment: The machine should be used in the room temperature range of 0℃~40℃, relative humidity ≤80%; no corrosive medium around; and no severe vibration and no obvious electromagnetic interference. This machine can be used in three-phase four-wire power supply system (three-phase five-wire system is recommended), and the power supply voltage is three-phase 380V±10%/50Hz. The machine should be powered on for four hours a month when it is not in use, and two hours a week when the air humidity is high.
2. Before going off work, use a brush and cotton cloth to carefully clean the dust and oil on the surface of the machine tool, but do not use compressed air to clean it, so as not to blow the dust into the slider, ball screw and bearing, which will affect the operation and the life of the machine tool.
3. Before starting the machine, check whether the lubricating oil in the oil pool (or fuel tank) is sufficient. After starting the machine, turn on the switch of the lubrication system, supply oil for 3-5 minutes, repeat the oil supply every two hours or so, and every half an hour at high speed or heavy load Fuel once. Always observe the lubricating condition of the cutting block, and supplement it with an oil gun if necessary. The semi-enclosed gear transmission mechanism, ball screw, linear bearing and other parts are lubricated and checked once every shift, and grease or lubricating oil is replenished once a month. 4. The electrical cabinet is checked and adjusted by professionals once a year, the filter screen of the electrical cabinet is cleaned once a month, and the cooling fan or air conditioner of the electrical cabinet is checked once a day to see if it is normal.
5. Check whether the water filter and oil tank of the pneumatic triplet work normally every day.
